All beef is born and raised on our small farm in Ogle County by third generation farmers. They are free range, real grass pastured, corn-fed, antibiotic free with no added growth hormones (other than what occurs naturally). We sell in quarters, halves or whole. Reservations are first come, first serve. Beef will be taken to Johnson's Processing Plant, Chadwick, IL (http://johnsonsprocessingplant.com/) – low processing cost, no additives, fillers or preservatives and 100% of your purchased meat is packed. Some processors put all ground beef orders into a master pot where you’ll get a mixture of everyone else’s beef. So, if your order ground beef you’re going to get only Hagemann Beef’s meat. You also work directly with them for custom cutting and packaging.
